Cost for each workshop is $45 per person if registered prior to May 29, 2016.
Registration on or after May 30th is $50.00 for each workshop; onsite costs $55.00 for each workshop.
Fees to register for both full day (both workshops) $85.00 per person until May 29, 2016; then $90.00 and $105.00 on-site.
For groups of 3 or more from the same institution, a savings of $10 per person
It is not a program of continuing medical education; no CME credit is offered.
