CPPPH Consultation Services
CPPPH consultants assist your organization in developing and implementing policies and procedures for wellbeing committees that incorporate best practices and meet the Title 22 requirement and the Joint Commission Standard for identifying, evaluating, referring, and monitoring physicians when addiction, mental health, behavioral issues, and/or the effects of aging are a concern.
Consultants work with you to assure that your policies and procedures are in line with current laws and regulations, are based on recommended best practices, and are congruent with the governance documents of your institution. Consultants assist in identifying and avoiding inconsistent language across documents which can create confusion and increase risk.

Consultation Requests
The first step is a discussion with CPPPH describing what your organization wants to accomplish and how the consultation services could meet your needs. When you have identified the services best suited to your situation, the services are defined in an agreement between the organization and CPPPH and fees are specified.
Consultation requests come from medical staff leaders, members of wellbeing committees, medical staff professionals, and others in the organization.
Fees
The fees can be set by the hour ($600) or per project.
