There is no fee, but an advance reservation is required.  The workshop is designed for members and staff of physician health committees in hospital medical staffs, medical groups, county medical societies and specialty societies. To reserve a place, send an email to info@cppph.org with the name of the hospital or institution and a note about your role (e.g., member, Chair, etc.). Reservations are made by email only. You will receive a confirmation by email.   This is an activity of California Public Protection and Physician Health.  It is not a program of continuing medical education; no CME credit is offered.
