To reserve a place, send an email to info@cppph.org with the name of the hospital or institution and a note about your role (e.g., member, Chair, etc.). Reservations are made by email only. You will receive a confirmation by email.   This is an activity of California Public Protection and Physician Health.  It is not a program of continuing medical education; no CME credit is offered.
